Here's How It Works

• Individuals integrate the Patrocinium application into an existing company or  

       employee APP via SDK’s or individuals download the Arc Angel APP on their phone

• Venue is geofenced and only data collected within this area is captured and recorded

• When individual leaves the geofenced area, no data is recorded  

​

• Individuals can now be geo-physically tracked using their organization's APP or the

       Arc Angel APP on their mobile device 

• Proximity data is recorded when their mobile device is in range of a Bluetooth beacon

• Beacons are are installed/located throughout the venue to enable migration tracking

• Location-based data's communicated to the Cloud  within the geofenced area only

        (using proximity BLE beacons connection to the Patrocinium APP)

• Reporting is created and delivered via a customizable, secure Web   

      Dashboard (ArcLive) and an Analytics Package (ArcInsight)

   

 

 

 

Challenges With Data

Many organizations monitor and collect data on individuals – some scan temperatures when people enter and some track proximity to other people during the day to be able to predict  COVID-19 and Contract Trace when infections are reported.

 

Most contact tracing efforts very labour-intensive, costly, time-consuming and reliant on memory.

Data's often not being aggregated or used correctly with record keeping and follow-ups often disjointed and not centralized. Front-end temperature scanning data is often not linked to individuals and their activities prior to presenting with symptoms or having had direct contact with someone with COVID-19.  

 

Privacy is Paramount

Data is only aggregated and monitored on a permission basis to provide real time tracking and alerts that provide critical health and safety information to property/venue operators and robustly supports seamless communication to individuals in a manner that respects each persons privacy.

• Venue and area specific tracking based on geofencing protocols

• Monitoring and analytics are only provided in those areas that have been geofenced 

• NO DATA is collected outside the geofenced area

• Data is held only long enough to go back in time and effectively contact trace - likely 14 - 21 days
