INSTASCAN is designed to allow storage of up to 30,000 facial profiles of employees that can integrate with or replace existing photo recognition software... or give you that added functionality for the first time. Its software correctly identifies each person through shape and distance measurements; with a 98.3% accuracy rate.
FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
If InstaScan™ is used in front-of-house operations for scanning customers, it does not store their photo or any other information. It simply scans their temperature and shows the results and can also indicate if a mask is being worn if a "Mask Required" policy is in place. This is important as we respect the privacy of each individual.
FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES
If InstaScan™ is used in back-of-house operations (checking in employees when they clock into work or similar HR function) then the units can be programmed to store employee’s faces allowing them to be logged in safely for management purposes only. This function can be turned off if required and configured to be aligned with your corporate privacy policies for retaining data and also supports enforcing a "Mask Required" policy for all employees seeking to enter a work space.
